Meet Allen: our one and only colleague in beautiful Taiwan.

‍What do you do at Kidoz?

‍I work in the ad operations team and am responsible for reporting and campaign delivery in the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region.

‍What is the most interesting thing about your work?

Personally, the most interesting thing about my work is the simple ability to gather insights from the thousands of campaigns we run worldwide. The challenge of optimizing a campaign and seeing the positive results appear before my eyes draws me back into the work I get to do every day.

‍Where were you before working at Kidoz?  Any interesting jobs that led you to where you are today?

An interesting job that led me to where I am today was working as an account manager for a synthetic textile manufacturing company. My job was to make sure that we took care in achieving optimal “processes” in production to ensure the outcome of top quality products. This operational framework is something I have adopted and continue to apply today.

‍What do you like most about the culture at Kidoz?

My favourite characteristic about the Kidoz family is that we take the best of each of our cultures and openly share them together. We love sharing our food. They say food is a global language.

‍

‍Can you share a few fun facts about yourself?

The mountains are always calling. In the summer, you will find me hiking and river tracing. In the winter, you will find me snowboarding. Other times, you may or may not find me on a nearby mountain sitting in a tea shop quietly reading.
